For what purposes will we process your personal data?

SECUOYA GRUPO DE COMUNICACIÓN S.A. processes the necessary data provided through the completion of the corresponding forms contained on the page, from inquiries or emails received, as well as those data that SECUOYA GRUPO DE COMUNICACIÓN S.A. accesses as a result of your browsing, for the maintenance of the relationship with the User.

Processing based on explicit consent. Whenever you have given your explicit consent, we will process your personal data for:

  • Inquiry form: manage inquiries made by the interested party through the web form, as well as through any other means offered.
  • Selection processes: manage open selection processes on the web.

We will process your data, as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for the time established by a legal obligation.

What if a minor gains access?

In general, the WEB will not process personal information, with reliable knowledge, of children under fourteen (14) years of age.

In the event that the WEB, while carrying out any control activity, discovers the involuntary collection of information regarding children under 14 years of age, it will carry out all the necessary measures that, as a service provider and data controller, it is obliged to undertake in order to be able to delete such information as soon as possible, except in those cases where, due to applicable legislation, it is necessary to retain it.

How can you exercise your rights?

We have forms available for exercising your rights, which you can request by email or mail. Alternatively, you can use the forms provided by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or the relevant authority.

These forms must be signed electronically or accompanied by a photocopy of a valid ID card.

In the case of representation, you must attach a copy of the representative’s valid ID card along with your application.

The forms can be submitted in person, or by sending an email to lopd@gruposecuoya.es.

What is the established timeframe for resolving the exercise of rights?

We will inform you about the actions taken in response to your request within one month, which may be extended by two more months in the case of particularly complex requests, and we will notify you of this extension within the first month.

In those cases where we do not comply with your request, we will inform you of this, explaining the reasons for our refusal within one month of its submission.

Can changes be made to the privacy policy?

The Website reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to new legislation or case law, as well as industry practices. In such cases, the Provider will announce the changes on this page a reasonable time before they take effect.
