These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website http://www.dragorental.com (hereinafter, the Portal), which the Portal owner (1) makes available to Internet users (hereinafter, the User(s)). Browsing and/or using the Portal and its services implies the User’s unreserved acceptance of the General Conditions set forth herein, which the User must read each time they intend to use the Portal, as well as any other Specific Conditions that may be established in order to regulate the services provided by SECUOYA and inform Users about them, as well as to allow the provision of its services through the Portal.

1- Ownership of the Portal
In compliance with the duty to provide information set out in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the following information is provided: The company that owns this Portal is SECUOYA GRUPO DE COMUNICACIÓN, S.A. 2- Industrial and Intellectual Property
2.1 Intellectual and Industrial Property
All images, elements and content included in the Portal, in particular trademarks, trade names, industrial designs or models, drawings, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, software or any other signs or products susceptible of industrial and commercial use are the property of SECUOYA or their respective owners, who have authorized their inclusion in the Portal, and are protected by current legislation.
Access to and browsing of the Portal by the User does not imply authorization or waiver, transfer and/or assignment, in whole or in part, of any rights of SECUOYA or third parties, nor the granting of any right or expectation regarding them, specifically, the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform, or exploit the Portal or its images, elements, and content, unless expressly authorized in writing by SECUOYA. Therefore, the use and/or reproduction thereof without the express consent of SECUOYA is prohibited.
2.2 Responsibility for the infringement
SECUOYA will not be responsible for infringements of intellectual, industrial or image rights of third parties that may arise from the inclusion in the Portal, by Users, of trademarks, trade names, industrial designs or models, drawings, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, software or any other signs or products susceptible of industrial and commercial use belonging to third parties who have declared themselves to be owners of them when including them in the Portal.
3- SECUOYA’s Responsibility
SECUOYA makes its best efforts to ensure that the content and services included in its Portal are reliable and appropriate, and declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its capabilities and the state of technology, to guarantee the proper functioning of the Portal and to prevent the existence and transmission of viruses and other components that may harm the User.
The User acknowledges and accepts that access to and/or use of the Portal and its services is carried out under their sole responsibility, and therefore any unauthorized access to or use of the Portal and/or the Portal’s content is the sole responsibility of the person carrying it out. Under no circumstances will SECUOYA assume any responsibility for the content of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor for any infringements of third-party rights committed on such websites, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, validity, or legality of any material or information contained in any of these hyperlinks or other websites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external links will not imply any type of association, merger, or partnership with the linked entities.

Any authorized third-party link to the Portal must be to its homepage. Deep linking, framing, and any other use of the website’s content for the benefit of unauthorized third parties are expressly prohibited. 6- Acceptance of the General Conditions

The User accepts the established General Conditions and undertakes to use the Portal’s content diligently, correctly and lawfully and will refrain from:
- Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating, or transforming or modifying the content is prohibited without the authorization of the owner.
- Using any content from the Portal to send advertising, commercial communications of any kind, unsolicited communications to multiple people, or to market or disclose such information in any way.

The User will be liable to SECUOYA or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of the breach of these obligations.
6.2 Rules of conduct for SECUOYA Chats, Blogs and Forums.
The User agrees to use the Portal’s Chat, blog, and forum services in accordance with the law, these General Terms of Use of the Portal, as well as generally accepted moral standards, good customs, and public order. SECUOYA informs you that usernames (“Nicknames”) are freely chosen by each User and, consequently, does not guarantee that the Nicknames correspond to the true identity of the people who use them. SECUOYA is not responsible for the opinions, information, or content transmitted by users through the Services. SECUOYA does not control the use that users make of the Services; therefore, the messages or content published are the sole responsibility of the User, who will be liable for any damages of any kind that SECUOYA may suffer as a result of non-compliance with these General Terms or the law. SECUOYA reserves the right to remove, at any time and at its discretion, any messages that are contrary to the General Terms of Use of the Portal or to current legislation.
7- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
The applicable legislation governing the relationship between the User and the owner of the Portal will be the Spanish Legal System.
For the resolution of any dispute that may arise, SECUOYA and the User voluntarily submit, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid.
